A prominent public sector institution is embarking on a multi-year initiative to modernize its skilled services, and we are looking for a Manager of Organizational Change to lead the way. You will join a dedicated program office where your expertise in change management will directly impact the institute's mission.

By working closely with senior leadership and diverse cross-functional teams, you will help foster a culture of continuous improvement and inclusivity. This is a unique opportunity to provide change management leadership for multiple projects across multiple businenss groups.

You’ll lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies for various professional service functions,



ensuring all initiatives align with the broader organizational goals. You’ll provide strategic coaching and expert advice to senior leaders, helping them increase their effectiveness as sponsors of sustainable change. You’ll develop and monitor key metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies, recommending iterative improvements based on data-driven insights. 5+ years of progressive experience leading and implementing organizational change management strategies, ideally within the public sector or a complex institution. ~ Expert knowledge of change management methodologies, values, and tools, with a Prosci designation or equivalent professional certification preferred. ~ Proven ability to think strategically and work independently, with the confidence to lead complex projects from assessment through to implementation without constant direction. ~ Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building alignment, trust, and strong relationships with stakeholders at every level of an organization. ~ Experience in HR or Labour Relations is considered a significant asset, particularly when navigating operating model changes and technical implementations.
