We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join our Ottawa team , recognized for its collaborative spirit, stimulating workload, and commitment to excellence. As a member of our Ottawa Litigation Group, you will work closely with a small team-oriented team of lawyers on a broad range of commercial and civil disputes. You will have the opportunity to assume meaningful responsibility over litigation matters, appear before courts and tribunals, develop client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Manage a diverse litigation practice, including general civil litigation, corporate and commercial disputes, estate litigation, mortgage enforcement, solvency matters, construction claims and shareholder disputes. Conduct thorough legal research, file reviews, and legal analysis, and prepare clear, well‑reasoned written opinions. Draft pleadings, facta, affidavits, and other litigation-related documents with precision and strategic insight.

Provide strategic, practical legal advice while building and maintaining strong client relationships. D.) and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Effectuer des recherches juridiques approfondies, analyser les dossiers et rédiger des avis juridiques clairs et rigoureux. Fournir des conseils juridiques stratégiques et pratiques tout en développant et en maintenant de solides relations avec les clients.

Avoir 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en litige civil et commercial. Solides compétences en rédaction juridique, en recherche et en analyse. Capacité à traduire les risques juridiques en recommandations claires et adaptées aux réalités d’affaires.
