Bank of Montreal is seeking an experienced legal qualified to support counsel in the Investment Banking Legal Group. You will provide legal services, assist with knowledge management, conduct case research and draft documents (primarily NDAs) under deadline pressure.

The role requires typically more than five years of relevant experience, a Law Clerk Certificate or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong analytical and collaboration skills.
