Seeking a Tort Clerk or Paralegal with 2+ years of personal injury experience, with strong knowledge of tort litigation, SABS, and Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure.

Responsibilities

- Manage undertakings, production requests, and summaries of productions

- Draft legal documents, including AODs, NOEs, and Statements of Claim

- Maintain organized and accurate litigation files

- Correspond with clients and third parties

- Schedule Examinations for Discovery, mediations, and other proceedings

- Track critical deadlines, limitation periods, and litigation timelines

- Support lawyers throughout the personal injury litigation process

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience as a Law Clerk or Paralegal in personal injury law

- Solid understanding of tort litigation and Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure

- Working knowledge of Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS)

- Strong legal drafting and documentation skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Self-motivated, professional, and client-service oriented
