We are seeking a Family & Civil Litigation Lawyer with 5+ years of experience, solid advocacy and drafting skills, and the ability to independently manage complex family and civil litigation files from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities

- Independently manage family and civil litigation files from consultation through resolution.
- Advise clients and develop practical litigation strategies.
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, agreements, applications, legal opinions, and other documents.
- Represent clients in court, mediations, negotiations, case conferences, and settlements.
- Conduct legal research and manage deadlines and court procedures.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.




- Collaborate with lawyers and staff on complex matters.
- Contribute to business development and practice growth.

Qualifications

- Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
- 5+ years of Family Law and/or Civil Litigation experience.
- Proven ability to independently manage files from inception to resolution.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, research, and drafting skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Client-focused, self-motivated, and collaborative.
