City of St. Catharines is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and conduct programs for City staff to safely operate all types of City-owned equipment.

The role includes testing and certifying operators, managing licensing submissions with the Ministry of Transportation, improving driver and equipment training through classroom, hands-on, online methods, and collaborating with HR, safety partners, and operations to uphold a solid safety culture.
