Drive operational excellence at Cethos as the Head of Operations in Calgary. Oversee project delivery, build a dynamic team, and enhance quality across our service lines. As our first dedicated operations leader, you will partner with founders to manage end-to-end project delivery.

This role involves overseeing linguistic validation, cognitive debriefing, and certified translation while driving efficiency for global clinical trials. You will lead a growing operations team, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Own delivery across all multi-language project service lines
- Lead and develop project managers and coordinators
- Track key performance metrics and client satisfaction
- Manage workflows in our project portal and automate tasks
- Ensure quality compliance with ISPOR and ISO 17100 standards Requirements:
- 5+ years operations experience in language services or CRO
- Proven leadership in team environments, Canadian or international
- Familiarity with translation production workflows
- Strong communication skills, working in office required
