Interview: Face-to-Face (F2F) Mandatory Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Lead with 14+ years of expertise in Quality Engineering, test strategy, and automation framework development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with contemporary testing technologies and proven leadership in delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end testing initiatives , including test strategy, planning, execution, and quality governance. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks . Drive automation implementation using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, PyTest, and Robot Framework .

Develop and execute API testing strategies using appropriate API testing tools. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices. Optimize test coverage, improve automation efficiency, and help reduce software release cycles .

Establish and maintain quality standards, processes, and governance across enterprise applications. Collaborate with developers, product owners, business stakeholders, and DevOps teams in an Agile setting .

Leverage





Azure/AWS cloud platforms to support modern testing and automation initiatives. Mentor and guide QA engineers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative testing team. Identify risks, resolve complex testing challenges, and drive continuous improvement across the QA function.

Required Qualifications ~14+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Test Strategy. ~ Strong expertise in automation frameworks and tools, including: ~ Playwright ~ Selenium ~ Cypress ~ PyTest ~ Robot Framework ~ Strong experience with API testing and automation . ~ Proven experience leading end-to-end testing and enterprise automation initiatives . ~ Hands-on experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines . ~ Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies . ~ Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments. ~ Demonstrated ability to build scalable automation solutions and optimize test coverage. ~ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills . ~ Experience mentoring and leading QA/automation teams.
