Clutch Technologies Inc. in Mississauga is seeking a highly analytical Development Engineer to drive lean production and scale our reconditioning operations.

You will lead initiatives, partner with shop-floor teams, and define staffing benchmarks to boost throughput and quality. The role requires a Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering degree, 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, CAD proficiency, and strong lean project leadership to deliver measurable improvements in a quick-growing
