Alberta Health Services seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Viking Community Health Centre's Home Care team. You will provide holistic, patient- and family-centred nursing in the community, supervise Health Care Aides, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include wound and palliative care, client teaching, and contributing to care plans. Requires LPN registration in Alberta and BCLS-HCP.
