Optima Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant Level I who reports to the Maintenance Manager to perform basic maintenance across buildings, grounds, and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.

You will uphold resident safety and dignity by aligning with policies, supporting contracts, completing preventive checks, keeping areas clean, and contributing to a secure, well-maintained home for seniors.
