- Develop major gift fundraising strategies collaboratively with team members
- Manage a portfolio of 80-100 major gift donors and prospects




- Cultivate and steward donors contributing $5,000 or more
- Create comprehensive proposals and donor engagement materials
- Organize donor recognition and cultivation events Requirements:
- 5+ years in fundraising and donor stewardship
- Proven track record in securing major gifts
