We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team.

The Night

Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations, maintaining guest satisfaction, and safeguarding the hotel’s financial records. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where excellent communication and hospitality skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel front desk operations, strong phone etiquette, and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse guests effectively.

Responsibilities

- Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours, providing friendly and professional service.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, offering assistance with reservations, billing, and other guest needs.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises during overnight shifts.
- Prepare reports related to revenue, occupancy, and other operational metrics for management review.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing,



and updating guest information in the system.
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming for guests arriving or departing during night hours.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues affecting guest comfort or safety.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate financial reconciliation.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and basic computer skills is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.25 per hour
