Franklin Gardens Residence in Leamington, Ontario, is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN/RPN) to lead the home’s education and competency program. The role owns orientation, mandatory training, and evidence-based learning across all shifts, reporting to the Director of Care.

The ideal candidate has LTC experience, a health/science degree, and solid adult-education skills, with a commitment to person-centred care and compliance readiness.
