Lead construction projects as an In office Project Manager specializing in industrial and commercial construction. This role requires managing budgets, subcontractors, and adherence to quality control standards. As an On-Site Project Manager, you'll enhance your project management skills in various construction settings, including industrial and institutional environments.
You'll coordinate subcontractor activities, while having a budgetary responsibility of up to $8 million. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site, requiring strong organizational and communication skills for managing both staff and processes effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate subcontractor activities across multiple projects
- Prepare and submit budget estimates for construction projects
- Plan and monitor construction schedules and milestones
- Establish and implement quality control policies
- Oversee the purchase of materials and land acquisitions Requirements:
- 1-2 year post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Experience in mechanical construction preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required
- Certificates in CSTS and WHMIS needed Drive project success with strong management skills in high-stakes construction environments.
