Join Taproot Community Support Services as an Overnight Residential Support Worker. This full-time position focuses on assisting residents with developmental disabilities during overnight hours to ensure their safety and well-being. In this role, you will be vital in maintaining a secure environment for two individuals with developmental disabilities at a new group home in Abbotsford.

Working from 11 PM to 7 AM, you must monitor residents and assist with their medical and behavioral needs. Collaboration and communication with the day staff and emergency response will be crucial to your success. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor residents' well-being throughout the night
- Administer medications per established policies
- Follow up on directions from day staff




- Ensure compliance with house rules and curfews
- Maintain cleanliness of living spaces and perform minor maintenance Requirements:
- Grade 12 education and related certificate or experience
- Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
- Experience with behavior management preferred
- Ability to complete a Criminal Record Check
