Franklin Gardens Residence in Canada is seeking a part time Community Connections Coordinator to foster belonging for residents, families and staff. You will create a warm, inclusive atmosphere and support meaningful connections throughout daily interactions.

You will collaborate with the Community Connections Manager and interdisciplinary team on events, storytelling, resident move-ins and communications, while maintaining privacy and care standards.
