Payroll Manager- Burlington, ON
We’re currently recruiting for a Contract Payroll Manager role with a leading organization in Burlington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day payroll operations
- Lead and support a small payroll team
- Manage payroll compliance, reconciliations, and reporting
- Oversee T4/T4A, statutory remittances, and year-end processes
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Time & Attendance teams
- Identify and implement payroll process improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of payroll management experience
- Experience with large unionized and non-unionized payrolls
- Robust knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
- ADP or UKG experience preferred
- CPM certification preferred
