- Coach and mentor staff for enhanced performance
- Collaborate with Regional Coach on leadership development
- Build motivated, high-performing teams
- Foster open communication and a cooperative work environment Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of management or supervisory experience
- Customer service and retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
