As our Production Manager, you'll lead daily manufacturing operations while creating an environment where people can do their best work. You'll work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure we deliver protected, efficient, high-quality products that put our customers first. Leading, coaching, and developing Production Supervisors and frontline teams. ✔ Building a culture of accountability, engagement, safety, and continuous learning. ✔ Driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. ✔ Ensuring production schedules, quality standards,



and customer commitments are consistently achieved. ✔ Using data and operational metrics to improve productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen performance. ✔ 5+ years of leadership experience in food or fast-paced manufacturing. ~ Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. ~ Post secondary education in a related field Why Dainty Foods?
