About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful realization of complex metal and steel structure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all phases of project execution from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a strong technical background in structural steel and wrought metals.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess relevant experience in managing structural steel and wrought metals projects,

Responsibilities The Project Manager will be responsible for a comprehensive range of duties to ensure the successful delivery of projects:

- Realization of complex metal and steel structure projects, ensuring technical accuracy and quality standards.
- Planning and monitoring of the project schedule, including drawings, provisioning, manufacturing, installation, and subcontracting activities.
- Providing technical assistance to specialized draftsmen and engineers to resolve design and fabrication challenges.
- Conducting site measurements and coordinating activities with other subcontractors and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.




- Monitoring and controlling project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial targets.
- Managing contract amendments and ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Overseeing project invoicing and ensuring timely and accurate billing processes.
- Facilitating project closure, including documentation, client communication, and post-project review.
