Impact Recruitment is seeking a Corporate Finance Administrator for a Vancouver-based financial advisory firm. The role supports a finance team of four and focuses on advanced Excel tasks, regulatory filings for public companies, and accurate data entry.

You will manage records, proofreading, word processing, and back up reception, with deadlines a constant priority. Applicants should have post-secondary education, 2+ years in administration, securities knowledge, and experience with SEDAR/SEDI;
