This role is ideal for an experienced and passionate Level 3 early years professional who enjoys leading a room, supporting colleagues, and creating engaging experiences that help children reach their full potential

Who We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner – desirable

Solid knowledge of the EYFS framework

Excellent communication and leadership skills A nurturing and child-centred approach

Passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing

Leading the day-to-day running of your designated room
