Oulton College is seeking a qualified and passionate Nursing Clinical Instructor to host clinical rotations within our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program. This is a part time position. The successful candidate will support students in developing clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities - Facilitate student learning through various learning methods

- Integrate nursing theory with health science concepts to support clinical decision-making
- Guide students in applying the nursing processes of care
- Promote the use of evidence-informed practice and clinical reasoning
- Review student concept maps and provide feedback
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students
- Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with faculty and program teams as required Requirements - Current registration (or eligibility) with a provincial nursing regulatory body as a Registered Nurse
- Recent clinical experience (min. 2 years)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and instructional skills
