Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) seeks a Contact Centre Specialist II, Cards CARE in Halifax. You will be the first point of contact for credit card clients, handling inquiries and transactions, while delivering a high standard of service.

You’ll work with a team to resolve issues, identify client needs, and suggest suitable banking solutions. The role offers Agent@Home remote work with in office requirements occasionally, and a focus on client outcomes.
