Instacart is seeking a data-driven Paid Search Specialist to own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns. You will manage multi-million dollar monthly budgets, optimize keyword strategy, bids, ads, and landing pages, and collaborate with analytics and product teams to drive strong CPA, ROAS, and CAC outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on paid search experience, a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, and robust Excel/Sheets proficiency.
