This is a 5 shift aweek position, weekends and shift work required, must have full flexibility In addition to day-to-day shift management, Restaurant Managers are responsible for:

Hiring and training their teammembers

Creating apositive welcoming environment for theirteam

Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and foodsafety

Demonstrating a “ guest first” approachalways

Developing and meeting financialplans

Coordinating in-storepromotions

Promoting their restaurant in the localmarket

Previous supervisory experience, ready for nextlevel

Passion for service and commitment toquality

Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financialstatements A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
