Brightshores Health System in Owen Sound is seeking a Director of Mental Health & Addiction Services to lead a multi-site program, including 45 inpatient beds and the Wellness and Recovery Centre, delivering integrated, person-centred care to a rural population. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree, current regulatory standing, and at least five years in senior Mental Health & Addictions leadership.

You will advance clinical quality, equity, and system integration while mentoring
