Summary

The Sales Associate develops long-lasting client relationships to drive sales and loyalty for the women's footwear department. This commission-based, in-store role focuses on exceeding sales targets through personalized service, client acquisition and retention. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

- Deliver extraordinary service to all customers
- Exceed sales and service goals and targets
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and development
- Attend product knowledge, vendor and internal educational sessions
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes and related sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail and electronic methods
- Resolve customer service issues and partner with management when escalation is required
- Ensure compliance with health, safety,



privacy and cybersecurity policies
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years experience in a commission-based luxury sales workplace
- Proven consistent sales performance with demonstrated results in achieving and exceeding quota
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented
- Active use of social media to promote personal brand and build clientele
- Skilled at using multiple technology channels to engage clients and drive sales
- Broad product knowledge and strong understanding of current fashion trends
- Proactive outreach to clients to share curated merchandise recommendations
