Answer Flow AI is looking for experienced Sales Representatives to introduce businesses to our AI-powered communication solutions.

Our products help businesses improve customer communication, automate repetitive tasks, handle incoming calls more efficiently, and make better use of AI in their day-to-day operations.

We’re looking for ambitious sales professionals who are comfortable building relationships, speaking with decision-makers, and generating new business.

We’re growing our international sales network and looking for experienced, self-motivated sales professionals who genuinely believe AI can make businesses more efficient.

This is aself-directed, sales opportunity. Compensation is earned only through successfully acquired clients. You manage your own schedule, prospecting, outreach, and sales activity while representing Answer Flow AI products.

What You’ll Do

- Identify businesses that could benefit from Answer Flow AI solutions
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers
- Generate opportunities through email, LinkedIn, social media, phone outreach, networking, referrals, in-person prospecting, or other professional channels
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships
- Learn the client’s current communication challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present Answer Flow AI products and their business benefits
- Coordinate demonstrations or additional support with our team when needed
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process

Earning Potential

Our compensation structure includes recurring revenue, allowing representatives to build ongoing monthly income from active clients.

Example 1 – 50 Calls Per Day

Average call length: 3 minutes

Monthly usage: 4,500 minutes

Client usage charges: $1,440/month

20% monthly usage commission: $288/month





This is from one active client and does not include additional commission earned on their monthly platform fee.

Example 2 – 120 Calls Per Day

Average call length: 3 minutes

Monthly usage: 10,800 minutes

Client usage charges: $3,456/month

20% monthly usage commission: $691.20/month

Again, this is from one active client before commission on the monthly platform fee.

As your client portfolio grows, recurring commissions can grow with it.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Demonstrated experience prospecting and closing business
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Able to manage your own prospecting and follow-up
- Strong organizational skills
- Interest in AI, technology, SaaS, or business automation
- B2B, SaaS, telecommunications, software, or technology sales experience is an asset

We’re looking for people who are confident selling, motivated by results, and genuinely interested in how AI can improve the way businesses operate.

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
