Elevate your financial career with RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited as a Senior Analyst in FP&A.; In this position, you will report directly to the Director of FP&A; and serve as a vital business partner across various departments, including Supply Chain and E-commerce.

Your role will involve developing budgets, conducting variance analyses, and providing actionable insights from complex data sets. Your influence will guide strategic decisions that support the company’s mission for growth and innovation. Build models for financial planning and analysis • Conduct variance analysis and monitor performance • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or similar • Background in budgeting and retail finance • Advanced proficiency in Excel and modeling • Bilingual in French and English
