Senior Sales Position – 3PL Freight Brokerage (OTR non-asset based)

Our client is a rapidly growing, non-asset-based 3PL freight brokerage. Founded by experienced logistics professionals, the company is expanding quickly and aims to build a strong core team of full-time employees who can grow with the business.

The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking experienced outbound/hunter type sales professionals coming from a similar environment (3PL, OTR logistics) who can make a meaningful impact on the expansion of the services and client base and help guide the sales team as things accelerate.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: Commensurate with experience, flexible and generous
- Commission Structure: 10% commission on Gross Profit (GP), paid monthly.
- Full home office setup - laptop, monitor, phone
- Health Spending Account: $1,000 annual allowance
- Time Off: Three weeks of vacation
- Travel Coverage: All travel expenses covered

What They’re Looking For

- 4+ years' experience in a 3PL Logistics (non-asset based) in a hunting/outbound role

- Book of Business (nice to have): A strong existing portfolio is required—ideally with a Canadian portfolio.
