AgeCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver patient-centered nursing care in our long-term care setting. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide planned care, administer medications, and document in accordance with provincial standards.

Requirements include current LPN registration, experience in a senior environment, robust communication, critical thinking, care coordination, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Basic Life Support and First Aid are required.
