Long Beach Lodge Resort in Tofino, BC, seeks a Senior Cook to deliver handcrafted, coastal-inspired cuisine. This full-time, in office role focuses on station prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency during service.

You will lead and mentor junior staff, collaborate with the Executive Chef and Front-of-House, assist with menu development, and ensure food safety and sanitation.
