You will design scalable labor solutions, configure time calculation, pay policies, attendance, scheduling, and labor allocation while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions. This client-facing role includes mentoring junior consultants and partnering with payroll, HR, advantages, integrations, and project management teams to deliver successful outcomes.
