Join Global X as a Senior Fund Accounting Analyst and drive the accounting processes for investment funds. This role focuses on fund oversight, financial reporting, and distribution support in a team-oriented remote environment. As part of the Fund Operations team at Global X, you will oversee daily accounting processes, validate net asset values, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You’ll engage with key stakeholders, including custodians and auditors while mentoring junior accountants and enhancing operational controls for improved efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily fund accounting processes and reporting
- Validate net asset value (NAV) calculations and compliance
- Perform reconciliations of portfolio holdings and cash positions
- Monitor fund expenses and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Support fund launches, reorganizations, and terminations Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5+ years in fund accounting or investment operations
- Experience with ETFs or mutual funds preferred
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills required
