Rodeo FX is seeking an accomplished HR Department Manager to act as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees within global corporate functions. You will guide performance management, talent development, and workforce planning to support organizational growth.

You will balance operational HR support with strategic priorities, ensuring an excellent employee experience across studios in multiple locations. Fluency in English and French is preferred.
