EXP is actively seeking a Senior Land Development Drafter to join our Calgary team. You will lead senior-level drafting reviews, ensure compliance with Calgary standards and EXP CAD rules, and mentor junior drafters while supporting roadway and utility design on Land Development projects.

The role requires 8+ years of land development drafting, solid AutoCAD Civil 3D expertise, and a client-focused, detail-oriented mindset.
