ARC’TERYX is seeking a Senior Mechanic to lead troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and upgrades for specialized manufacturing equipment including sewing, lamination, and tooling. You’ll develop maintenance practices, coach the team, and collaborate with Engineering on new equipment and improvements.

You will drive maintenance SOPs, support equipment installations, and mentor technicians while ensuring safe, reliable operations in a high‑mix manufacturing workplace.
