HoneyBadger AI is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist to ensure new clients successfully adopt and derive value from HoneyBadger AI’s voice agent, Alice. This role is critical in delivering a seamless onboarding experience—from initial signup through activation, system configuration and data refinement, and client retention. You will be part of a fast-moving product studio, building and scaling cutting-edge AI and SaaS solutions.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on product growth and user experience, while helping shape and refine the onboarding strategy from the ground up. This role is fully onsite, located at our downtown Vancouver office. Develop and maintain onboarding resources (guides, videos, FAQs) to support scalable, self-serve experiences Review and analyze end-user call recordings to identify trends, uncover areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance call quality, performance,



and overall user experience Continuously improve knowledge base and help centre content Support and participate in A/B testing and onboarding experiments to optimize performance 1–3+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Support (preferably SaaS) ~ Completion of a bachelor’s degree or higher ~ Experience working with SaaS platforms (Box, Salesforce, Slack, etc.), Proficiency in the MS Office suite and Salesforce ~ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; other additional languages are an asset Competitive salary; Competitive perks package including Medical & Dental coverage; HoneyBadger AI welcomes and encourages applications from all qualified individuals including persons with disabilities.
