Requirements

- Proven experience in game production
- Demonstrated success shipping multiple AA or AAA titles from concept through launch and into live operations




- Proven experience working on and successfully shipping console titles on Xbox and/or PlayStation
- Strong understanding of console development, performance, certification, compliance, and platform requirements
- Deep understanding of large-scale production pipelines
- Experience with cross-disciplinary collaboration and publisher/developer relationships across PC and console development
- Ability to apply lessons learned to anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and improve delivery efficiency across multiple platforms
- Robust credibility with internal teams and external partners
- Experience with task management software, preferably Jira
