Senior Property Manager – Residential Rental Portfolio - Class A Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Premier High-Rise Residential Rental Properties Compensation: $80,000 to $110,000 base, + bonus, rrsp matching and benefits Canterra Executive Search is partnering with one of Toronto’s leading real estate developers and owner-operators to identify an experienced Senior Property Manager for a portfolio of premier high-rise Class A residential rental properties across the Vaughn and Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Residential Rental Property Management Professional to join a highly respected, vertically integrated real estate organization with an extensive portfolio and 70 years of presence in the Greater Toronto Area.

The Senior Property

Manager will provide leadership and operational oversight across an assigned portfolio while mentoring team members and ensuring an exceptional standard of service for residents and ownership. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead a team of Property Managers overseeing the day-to-day operational management of a high-rise residential rental portfolio in Toronto and/or Vaughan , with responsibility for property operations, resident experience, suite turnover, inspections, service coordination, and team leadership. Lead, mentor, and support Property Management Coordinators and team members Coordinate and oversee resident move-ins, move-outs,



and suite turnover Manage resident service requests and coordinate contractors and third-party service providers Conduct pre-delivery, 30-day, mid-lease, and ongoing suite inspections Ensure properties and suites are maintained to a high standard Support operational planning, administration, and portfolio initiatives 5+ years of progressive residential property management experience ~ Robust experience with high-rise residential rental properties ~ Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support property management teams ~ Exceptional resident service, communication, and relationship-building skills ~ Experience with Buildium or comparable property management software considered an asset ~ Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends as required Premier GTA Residential Portfolio – Manage high-quality rental properties in Toronto and Vaughan Leading Developer & Owner-Operator – Join an established and highly regarded Toronto real estate organization Senior Leadership Opportunity – Take ownership of portfolio operations while mentoring and developing team members Long-Term Career Growth – Opportunity to continue progressing within a large, vertically integrated real estate platform Stable, Long-Term Portfolio – Work directly within an owner-operated real estate environment We understand that many accomplished residential property management professionals are not actively exploring the market.
