We’re looking for a

Senior Software Engineer to design and build highly scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for a core banking platform .

What You’ll Do

Design and deliver high-quality backend features and enhancements

Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex initiatives

Design scalable distributed systems and microservices

Develop and optimize

RESTful APIs

Improve system performance and meet SLAs

Participate in technical design, sprint planning, and code reviews

Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of software development experience

Microservices & distributed systems

Docker / containerization

Strong

SQL & MySQL

RDBMS concepts

transactions, isolation levels, locking, deadlocks

RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems

GitHub/Git

Robust communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Payroll or

Time & Attendance platform integrations

Cloud computing experience
