Kinaxis is seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the strategic technical advisor for a portfolio of global customers. You will develop deep expertise in customer environments, guiding solution architecture and optimization efforts to maximize value and retention.

In this role you will own complex production environments, lead cross-functional reviews, and partner with Success, Product, Support, and Cloud Operations to drive outcomes. Travel to customer sites is required.
