As part of the Site Reliability Engineering team, you will leverage troubleshooting skills and collaborate closely with peers to enhance system performance and application health. You'll gain hands-on experience in various environments, including VMWare and Kubernetes, while ensuring service availability globally.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver Software-as-a-Service applications to customers • Ensure meeting of service level agreements (SLAs)



• Deploy and support applications and operating systems • Troubleshoot system performance and application health issues • Manage incident resolution processes with accountability

Requirements: • Enrolled in computer science or related degree program • Strong troubleshooting skills and communication abilities • Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux environments • Knowledge of public cloud platforms required • Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency necessary
