Job Summary

Snow School Coordinators work in an indoor environment supporting our ski/snowboard school operations.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage:$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Employment Type:Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type:Full Timehours available

Minimum Age:At least 18 years of age

Job Resposibilites

To continually strive to exceed our Guest's expectations and to create memories for guests and staff as the best mountain experience again and again

Answer any inquiries via phone, emails or at the desk/hut

Make sure all reporting and/or bookings is accurate and accounted for

Help with the morning meeting and greet guests, check-in when required





Responsible for inventory control of office supplies and/ or maintaining full inventory of flaik GPS equipment

Communicate with other departments as well as Snow School to ensure adequate resources are allocated to the situation

Complete accurate records of all incidents

Responsible for daily reports sent to Snow School Leadership Team

Work closely with the Supervisors and Managers

Adapt to wide-ranging work environment & pace - use your critical & creative thinking every day

Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Demonstrate our core values

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional customer service skills, including communication and problem solving

Proficient with both PC and MAC operating systems; including MS Office, Google Drive and other platforms

Strong Excel & GIS knowledge is an asset

Detail oriented is a must

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Able to work with minimal supervision

Thorough knowledge and ability to work with Excel, word, teams and other platforms

Previous teaching experience with Whistler/Blackcomb Ski School an asset

Familiar with radio protocol an asset

Dispatch or first aid knowledge an asset

Required to complete a satisfactory criminal record check The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
