We're looking for a software development engineer in test to join the Customer Error Report (CER) team at the Vancouver R&D; Center (AVRD) based in Vancouver, Canada. The team's mission is to reinvigorate the CER system and services using the latest web, cloud, and data analysis technologies to better serve internal customers across product lines, divisions, and all disciplines within the company. This is your chance to help shape the future of the CER team for Project, Field, and Managers to accelerate delivery, save money, and reduce risk.

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, operating, managing, optimizing, and monitoring the CER services to ensure they provide excellent stability for our products. You should possess a strong knowledge of the latest web and cloud technologies and stay informed about industry trends. Application testing capability Problem-solving Programming with at least one programming language.

Data Structures & Algorithm 1+ years of skilled experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test. Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment with colleagues worldwide.

Experience with programming languages such as Python, Groovy, or Shell.



Demonstrated experience in test framework design and development. Familiarity with Scrum and agile development processes and methodologies.

Engage in product testing, including requirements analysis, design review, formulation of test strategies, design and execution of test cases, defect tracking, software quality analysis, and risk analysis. Develop automated testing tools and cases according to business line needs. Contribute to a high-performance team through meaningful individual contributions.

Collaborate with a broader team of software developers, DevOps engineers, and product designers in the United States and other global engineering sites. Propose cloud-related optimizations and best practices to enhance reliability, performance, scalability, and resiliency. Good knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with the Microsoft .NET platform is a plus.
