Shape healthcare communication as a Solutions Delivery Engineer I at GlobeStar Systems in North York, ON. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, designing, and troubleshooting the implementation of Connexall, our award-winning clinical communication platform. This position requires a proactive approach and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction through innovative technology application. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement Connexall from design to delivery
- Act as technical liaison in customer interactions
- Install, configure,



and troubleshoot system designs
- Conduct on-site project go-lives and follow-ups
- Provide pre- and post-sales support through training Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Understanding of system design and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows operations
- Experience with SQL Server and clinical workflows
