The County of North Middlesex is seeking an experienced Human Resources skilled to lead municipal HR operations, recruitment, and records management. You will ensure policy implementation and strict compliance with employment laws, while supporting a proactive, inclusive workplace.

You will advise leaders on HR policy, coordinate health and safety programs, manage grievances and collective bargaining processes, and oversee benefits and pension enrollment for staff.
