Knights On Guard Security is seeking a strategic, hands-on Human Resources Director to lead HR and recruitment across Ontario. You will drive workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations, partnering with senior leadership to scale our service delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in private security or building services, managing a large, unionized workforce, and a robust grasp of Ontario employment law.
